Who do I work with?
What do the sessions consist of?
Every session is a therapeutic intervention designed to support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social wellbeing.
Sessions are tailored to the needs, abilities, and interests of each group or individual. Some participants may enjoy more active standing movements, while others may benefit from seated activities. For those unable to attend group sessions, bed-based participation can also be considered to ensure everyone has the opportunity to engage.
Sessions are thoughtfully designed, and may include elements of: functional and creative movement, falls prevention techniques, sensory activities, reminiscence, mindfulness techniques and meaningful occupation.
Where are the sessions delivered?
I deliver sessions across a variety of different settings in Northamptonshire including:
Care homes
